In the automotive and agricultural machinery industry counterfeit components in the segment is an average of 30%, the same in the whole country estimated share of illicit fuel", — said Manturov.

In particular, unscrupulous manufacturers substitute frozen fillets of Alaska Pollock and haddock, the cod fillets, and animal fat in butter is replaced by vegetable.

In monetary terms to measure the volume of counterfeit goods is difficult because statistics do not take into account the illegal market, the Minister said. As an example, he cited estimates that were contained in the study HSE.

"According to their estimates, the volume of illegal turnover of seven key consumer markets, forming a total of 60% off of retail, in 2015 amounted to 2.5 trillion rubles," — said Manturov.
