According to the signed partnership agreement, agricultural machinery and machines companies Väderstad and John Deere will now be sold on the markets of those countries through a single dealer network. Russia and Ukraine are very important markets for Väderstad. To date, about 4000 high quality Väderstad machines are successfully working in the fields of these countries.

The next step on the path to becoming even closer to the agricultural producers of Russia and Ukraine is the partnership of John Deere Väderstad c in these regions. Under the terms of the agreement, the dealers John Deere in Russia and Ukraine vested the exclusive right for the sale of Väderstad products in its area of responsibility.

"This partnership will allow Väderstad at the same time strengthen its position and
to expand the geography of presence in both markets. Our clients in Russia and Ukraine
will benefit from working with a strong network of services and support a highly professional and well trained dealers", says Matthias Honert, Director of Väderstad, sales and marketing.

To provide additional customer support, a subsidiary of the company Väderstad – Vaderstad OOO in Russia and comrade Vaderstad in Ukraine will fulfil its role as local experts Väderstad sales and service, working closely with farmers in both countries.

It is important to note that we are talking about the partnership of distribution between Väderstad and
John Deere on the Russian and Ukrainian markets. In Väderstad note that the company is family owned and has no intention to merge or sell the business.

The partnership between Väderstad and John Deere in Russia and Ukraine comes into force on 25 July 2017.
