The attendees were offered a 50 dumplings with different fillings. Among them: dumplings with nettle, sage, roasted rabbit. New steel dumplings with milk and varenyky "sand", writes "Altapress". According to the organisers, the festival 2017, the year distinguished guest's appetite they ate 568 kg of dumplings, which is twice more than last year.

The festival passed the championship on arenicola. Participants competed in three categories: modeling of speed, the smallest and the most creative dumpling dumpling.

Guests took part in the draw for a year's supply of dumplings, auction "Dumpling surprise" in the competition for the fastest eating of dumplings and VARENICHNA races.

Rich program of the festival included the presentation of creative culinary compositions, Varenichnaya sports games, performances of creative collectives, fair, master classes and many more.
