The main products of the enterprise will be semi-hard cheeses of Dutch type, with a capacity up to 50 tons a day, and hard cheese such as Gruyere, to 10 tons per day. At the same time, production will be fully provided with high quality dairy raw materials", — told the managing company "EkoNiva-APK holding" Stefan Duerr.
It is planned that about 70% of the products will be transported to the European part of Russia and in Asia.
