The bill proposes to increase to six months (now two months) the period of limitation for bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of legislation on the movement of heavy and (or) large vehicles. Administrative fine for violation of the legislation on payment on account of compensation of harm caused by 12-ton crane motor roads of General use of Federal value, is proposed to increase from 5000 to 20 000 RUB., and the regulations on repetition of such violation within one day repealed.
