A cooperation agreement to implement this project, the Governor Dmitry Mironov, the General Director of open company "Import-Torg" Sergey Khimichev signed on agro-industrial exhibition "Golden autumn – 2017" in early October.

The perspectives and details of the project yesterday at the working meeting were discussed by the Deputy Chairman of the regional government Valery Kholodov and Sergey Khimichev.

– Aquaculture is one of the priority areas of agriculture in the framework of the strategy of socio-economic development of the Yaroslavl region "10 points of growth", approved by the Governor Dmitri Mironov, – said Valery Cold. He set the task by 2020 to provide the region with fish by 14 percent and increase the annual production capacity in this sector to 3 thousand tons. Currently we are successfully working farm Michael Atamanova, which raises rainbow trout on the basis of cage aquaculture, and this year is implementing a project on cultivation of Baltic whitefish. Plan investors three projects in the field of aquaculture with a total investment 1.1 billion rubles. And this is only the beginning.

The company OOO "Import trade", which will be built in'shesel'skiy district, will be completed the cycle in closed recirculation systems with full processing. The company intends to invest 300 million rubles and to create at least 100 jobs. The timeframe for this project is 2017 – 2022.

After reaching the full capacity of fish-breeding complex will annually produce 1000 tons of salmon kinds of fish, 100 tons of sturgeon, and 2 tons of black caviar. Tax deductions will be about 7 million rubles to the regional budget and one million roubles.
