The company is engaged in growing mushrooms for over 3 years. Current production capacity is 8-10 tons per month.

"We plan to expand to build a new greenhouse. To volume was approximately 50 tons per month. For our region, of course, it will be rather big volumes. And in the background of the European part of our country is few, because there the farm from 150 to 200 tons per month are collected," said Mikhail Baranov.

The company is equipped with an automatic line for the manufacture of substrate (compost) is worth about 5 million rubles. Recently launched a new line for the manufacture of mushroom blocks, which allows to minimize manual labor in the preparation of the mycelium and will provide an opportunity to significantly increase the scale of production.

"We have already started the production of clean compost and send it to Altai Krai and Irkutsk oblast. Where our compost used to grow mushrooms. Currently negotiating with several potential partners", - said the head of the company.

"The prospects of this enterprise, of course, huge, - concluded the Minister. - Installation of new lines for the packaging of raw materials for growing mushrooms (which will go to Novosibirsk, and Irkutsk, and Krasnoyarsk Krai) will allow the enterprise to live.
