Based on the results of the auction for the right of conclusion of the contract of purchase and sale of 100% shares of JSC "Meleuzovsky mineral fertilizers" which was held 26.01.2018 and the winner of which was recognized by OOO "Promkhimtorg", 30.01.2018 between JSC "Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat and OOO Promkhimtorg" was a contract of sale of 100% of the ordinary shares of JSC "Meleuzovsky mineral fertilizers". The transfer of shares was registered 01.02.2018 after full payment of the shares by the buyer.
