Festival "country Dumpling" takes place in Vladimir on the territory of hotel-restaurant complex "Russian Village" in 2012. This year Yaroslavl represented gostinichno-restaurant complex "Ivan Vasilyevich". The contestants competed in making three types of dumplings — a traditional, lean, and folk. The chef of the restaurant "John V." Julia Kungurova won in the nomination "vegetable dumplings".

"We introduced fish dumplings with a filling of pike, cod and perch. In Yaroslavl, they are called "Arjuky". Recently introduced this dish to our menu and it is in great demand," — said the correspondent of IA REGNUM managing gostinichno-restaurant complex "John V." Alexander Sedukhin.

This is the second victory of Yulia Kongurbai pelmeni festival. At the end of last year, she became the best at the Yaroslavl competition dumplings.
