High appraisal organizations have set for the achievement of significant results in the work on quality of products and services, deployment of efficient mechanisms of quality management. The only representative of the Rostov region, and the entire South of the country, among the awardees was the company, the Buffalo, the official dealer of ZAO SP "Bryanskselmash" in the Rostov region and Krasnodar Krai.

The competitive selection was held in the year 2017. The expert Committee checked the work of 300 enterprises from more than 60 regions. Experts studied the quality of the business processes of the organisation management system and the proposed goods and services. Winners of the award gathered at the award ceremony in the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

In 2006, the bison won the competition for the prize of the Government of the Russian Federation. Then the company was the first and only agricultural equipment supplier, has received the highest award for his work in the field of quality.

The award was established by the RF Government Decree of 12 April 1996 and is awarded annually on a competitive basis to companies for achieving high results in quality. Is a tool of state incentives for organizations that defined one of the dominants of development to enhance the quality of products and services. The award is aimed at the solution of tasks on creation of competitive economy and improving the quality of life of Russians.
