"The Bolivian side has indicated a willingness to discuss the import into the territory of the Russian Federation of meat products, particularly beef, and showed a presentation regarding the epizootic situation in the country and the volume of exports of animal products... Also Bolivian colleagues raised the question of the supply of plant products to Russia – cocoa beans, coffee and chestnuts", — stated in the message.

It is noted that the permission to supply meat products to Russia can only be issued after a thorough audit of the Bolivian system of state veterinary control, as well as after direct inspection of the Bolivian businesses.

The discussion of deliveries to Russia of cocoa beans, coffee and chestnuts could be held after a formal request of the Bolivian side of the Rosselkhoznadzor and the availability of phytosanitary certificate, guaranteeing that the products are free from quarantine for Russia objects.

For his part, the Deputy head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Konstantin Savenkov raised the issue of export of Russian grain and its products in Bolivia, by requesting phytosanitary requirements for these products.
