The acting head of Dagestan Vladimir Vasiliev was released from the post of acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bilal Omarov, who oversaw the agricultural sector. About this TASS said Tuesday in a press-service of administration of head and government of the region.

"Vladimir Vasilyev freed Bilal Omarov from the temporary fulfillment of duties of the Deputy Chairman of the government of Dagestan on their own. The decree of the head of the Republic signed today," - said the Agency interlocutor.

Bilal Omarov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the government of Dagestan in November 2015. From 2012 to 2015 he was head of the fgbi "Zapkasprybvod". As was reported earlier, on 7 April 2017 in respect of Bilal Omarov opened a criminal case on official forgery.

According to investigators, in 2013, Omarov, head of the company "Zapkasprybvod", entered into a sham lease agreement of the equipment, which had kidnapped 6.9 million rubles. In August 2017 in relation Omarova opened two more cases: fraud and forgery. In January 2018, the official was suspended from office pending investigation.

 

Earlier Tuesday, Vladimir Vasiliev was appointed the new Minister of agriculture and food of the Republic. He became the Secretary of security Council of Dagestan Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov. This will reduce the position of the Secretary of security Council of Dagestan.
