The accounting chamber by the results of the audit in 2017, revealed violations in the sphere of agriculture for a total amount of 202,5 million rubles this is stated in the report on the work of the accounting chamber in 2017.

"In the course of external public audit in the field of agriculture 73 revealed violations in the amount of 202.5 million rubles", - stated in the report.

In particular, the Ministry of agriculture has not formulated a system of indicators of self-sufficiency for the main groups of the fruitful products on the basis of scientifically grounded norms of consumption. The Ministry also failed to take measures to amend the legislation regulating the procedure and conditions for granting a priority of state support to agricultural producers who carry out the acquisition of domestic family and planting material, technological equipment and materials.

In addition, the Ministry of agriculture has not established a network of wholesale distribution centers. Due to the lack of storage facilities and logistics losses of fruits and vegetables is increasing annually, the report said.

To solve these problems the chamber has proposed to approve a plan for the development of a network of wholesale distribution centers with the appropriate logistics and infrastructure. Also proposed to adopt measures on forming the food security doctrine of the Russian Federation of system of indicators of self-sufficiency at the basic heading of fruits and vegetables.
