The training will address the following questions:

- General information about the PCR. PCR with electrophoretic detection, real-time PCR;

- the specificity of the PCR. The analytical sensitivity of the primers and the PCR efficiency;

method of PCR in veterinary medicine – possibilities of application, peculiarities of interpretation. Review of test systems for veterinary medicine. Equipment for PCR laboratories;

device a PCR laboratory, the principle of threading. Sanitary-epidemiological regime in the PCR laboratory, working with microorganisms III-IV groups of pathogenicity. The quality management system according to ISO 17025 in a PCR laboratory;

- the capture, transportation, storage and pre-treatment of material during the conduct of PCR studies. Nucleic acids – different methods, their advantages and disadvantages, review of commercial kits for isolation of nucleic acid;

- possible errors in the conduct of PCR studies.

In practical classes the fgbi "VGNKI" will be shown:

- DNA isolation using the station for isolation of nucleic acids;

- isolation of RNA. Reverse transcription;

- PCR with electrophoretic detection of amplification products, interpretation of the results.

The training program provides an individual approach to the students.

The participation fee for one specialist in training will be 33 744,23 rubles, including 18% VAT.

Individuals who took part in the training and passed the final certification will be issued a certificate of qualification.
