"The trouble came, as they say, unexpectedly, from oil. The cost of a ton of diesel fuel today — more than 51 thousand rubles. Hardly anyone expected a few months ago that this was possible. All laid costs at the level of 39 to 43 thousand rubles per ton "diesel", counted income, earnings, volumes of work. Now it's all collapsing, farmers going for bonded loans. Accordingly, in the autumn, even if it's not going to happen again the natural disasters and we will have a harvest, the cost of food from local producers will be prohibitive.
