The project is estimated to total 3 billion roubles and will increase the manufacture of cheese from 5 to 17 thousand tons per year, and oil - from 6 to 11.5 thousand tons, have informed in a press-service of the Governor following the meeting in Saint-Petersburg the head of the region Oleg Kuvshinnikova and leaders of the group of companies Neva cheeses LLC.

With the launch of the factory production of cheese will increase in the Vologda region from the current 5 to 17 thousand tons per year.

In the five years of cooperation with the region of Neva cheeses LLC has invested in projects on the territory of the Vologda region more than 500 million rubles. In 2014, on the basis of the enterprise "Northern milk" in the city of Gryazovets were installed line for production of 5 thousand tons of feta cheese under the brand "Sirtaki". In 2016, the same company installed a bottling line for dairy products in Tetra Top and a line on production of 12 thousand tons per year of cheese and sour cream under the brand "Carved palisade".
