Industrial production in the Rostov region increased by 23.3%, the volume of agriculture production by 28.5%. However, the don has decreased the production of eggs — by 6.4%. This was during a meeting of the regional government informed the don Governor Vasily Golubev, reports IA REGNUM on July 18.

The head of the region pointed to the growth of meat production (37.9 per cent) and milk (1.2 percent). Instructed the regional Ministry of agriculture and food to pay special attention to the rate of egg production.

"This is an example of special attention of the Ministry of agriculture. We know the reasons. Unfortunately, [it] avian flu and other emergencies that take place not only in the Rostov region, but also in other regions. But we are not meant to be reassuring. We should seek, on the one hand, the measures of liquidation situations, on the other hand, avoiding these situations. This is a crucial task of the Ministry of agriculture. You don't have to be extras, from the point of view of recording cases, and needs to find solutions that do not create such situations. Please thoroughly understand each case", — addressed the Governor to the curators of the agro-industrial complex of the don.

As previously reported IA REGNUM, a week ago it became known that in the Rostov region returned the bird flu. The virus was found in dead chickens on the territory of the building № 3 of JSC "Poultry Community". Veterinarians shall conduct podvorovoy bypass and vaccinated poultry.

At the end of 2016, the bird flu virus was discovered on the territory of the company "Evrodon" in October and Krasnosulinskiy area. Then epidemic was avoided.
