At the meeting were head of thematic processing of remote sensing data "Sovzond" company Sergey Myshliakov with the report on "Mapping of habitats of Sosnowski's Hogweed on space imagery data" and the presentation of the draft map of the distribution of this plant. The card allows not only to determine the locus of this dangerous plant, but also to assess living conditions in the immediate vicinity of the locus of the plan of action against Hogweed Sosnowski.

On 9 July 2018. the press service of the Moscow region Government has officially confirmed that in 2019 will be adopted by the regional bill on the liability of owners and lessees of plots of land that do not pay attention to the fight against Hogweed Sosnowski. The amount of fines for legal persons up to 1 million rubles. More details can be found on the website of the Ministry of agriculture. According to Andrey Razin, the bills will be submitted for consideration to the Moscow regional Duma this fall.
