"Despite the fact that there was very little rain, they [Oryol farmers] get a very good yield, using modern technology. We are also working in this direction, but I see that in the Orel region historically yields higher. This should bring our agronomists, farm managers, who are engaged in crop and animal production, and to study the experience of the Oryol region, how they manage to achieve such a high result", - said Belozertsev.
