Moscow hosted the eighteenth annual Federal conference on investment in agriculture organized by Agroinvestor project. This is the traditional site of the meeting of financial experts and analysts, trade unions and associations, representatives of the authorities. The amount of state funding next year will increase to 303 billion roubles. The main share of the increase is aimed at supporting exports, small business, viticulture and concessional lending. 2019 would be kind of a transitional period for the coming changes.
