In his speech during the opening ceremony of the exhibition Denis Maksimkin noted that in 2018 the Russian manufacturers have put in the Republic of Crimea of agricultural equipment totaling more than RUB 1 billion on favorable terms under the Program No. 1432: "Sure, updating mashinno-tractor Park of the region of the Russian agricultural machinery will have a significant positive impact on the development of production and exports of agricultural products in the Crimea will allow to fulfill the tasks set by President of Russia Vladimir Putin in the may decree."

Also, the Deputy Director of the Association "Rosspetsmash" made during the key events of the business program – round table on the investment potential of the Republic of Crimea. It was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of agriculture of the region, JSC "Corporation of development of Crimea", financial institutions, producers and consumers of agricultural machinery.

According to Denis Maksimkin, domestic plants are constantly increasing their production of agricultural machinery. In 2018, the shipment of Russian military equipment on the domestic market amounted to 100.6 billion rubles, which is 2.1 times more than in 2015, and the number of new models has increased over this period by 3.2% to 161 units. Over the past three years has significantly increased investment in R & d by type of machinery and equipment not produced in Russia.

Modern Russian agriculture today is the Foundation of digital agriculture. Farmers can remotely monitor the process of fertilizing and plant protection, to carry out the positioning and navigation of agricultural machinery, to control the quality of planting, to carry out agro-physical and agrochemical research of the soil.

The development of these success of the domestic agricultural machine-building contributed to the effective state support measures, implemented by the Ministry of industry and trade. One of them is government regulation No. 1432. Association "Rosspetsmash" believes that in order to maintain momentum in the industry and increasing the pace of modernization of agriculture it is necessary to increase the volume of subsidies under the Program No. 1432 to 2019-2021 years to 15 billion roubles annually.
