"Miratorg" scales the project on cattle production in the Kaliningrad region: the number of specialized meat breeds Aberdeen Angus on 11 farms in the region today exceeds 60 thousand animals and continues to grow. "Kaliningrad meat company" has already created jobs for 800 people in rural areas and plans to increase staff in connection with the launch of new livestock facilities and the expansion of the herd. The company is keen to attract to their projects young people and developing a program of internships and employment for students and graduates, the future veterinarians and agronomists.

"Kaliningrad meat company" cooperates with leading higher and secondary special educational institutions of Russia and CIS countries and in 2019 expanded youth program, first taking on an internship of students of leading universities of Russia – Samara and Voronezh state agrarian University, as well as Vitebsk state Academy of veterinary medicine. Future veterinary assistants in the two months pass paid internship on farms in the Kaliningrad region in the post of assistant veterinarian, performing real production tasks: students participate in runs of animal vaccination and castration of calves. "Kaliningrad meat company" for the period of internship provides future veterinarians with housing and prepares the state in accordance with the labour code.
