"Miratorg" - one of the largest employers in agriculture and processing industry of the Kaliningrad region: at the holding's enterprises employs 1 900 people in the region. The company has own certified laboratory that controls the quality of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products. The program of educational excursions to the site of the production lab is designed taking into account the knowledge and interests of pupils of chemical-biological profile. The specialists of "Miratorg" introduced pupils to the work of physico-chemical, microbiological and organoleptic sections of the laboratory, explained the principles of operation of instruments, spoke about the occupations in demand in the service quality of food facility, and the requirements for young professionals and working conditions in the company.
