In accordance with the approved documents, from July 1, 2019 the issuing of veterinary certificates for all finished animal products will become mandatory.

A temporary exception will be made for the following commodity positions to which the veterinary certificates will be issued starting from 1 November 2019:

-drinking milk (pasteurized, UHT, sterilized, ultra-high-temperature – treated milk, manufactured and packaged in consumer packaging);

- manufactured and Packed in consumer packaging of dairy products produced from milk has been heat treated;

ice cream.

The Rosselkhoznadzor said that it has already made the appropriate changes to the FGIS "mercury".
