Products imported in hand Luggage or Luggage that is sent by mail from countries which are not members of the EEU without permission and without a veterinary certificate of the country of origin may be destroyed.

It is also permitted the importation of products of animal origin, weighing up to 5 kilograms per person from countries safe in veterinary respect. In the explanatory note to the bill States about a supplementary budget in case of adoption of the bill.
