Onf launches a survey on accessibility of medical services and cultural activities for residents of rural areas
The onf project "Village. The territory of development" together with the Russian Union of rural youth from 5 to 31 July launches online survey on accessibility of medical care and cultural activities in the village. The study will allow to know whether the villagers the services of mobile medical complexes and multifunctional cultural centres (clubs), and to identify possible problems in their work.

"To provide citizens with affordable health care and social services in the sphere of culture is one of the important tasks for remote rural areas, – said the member of the Central headquarters of the popular front, coordinator of the onf project "Village. The territory of development", the President of the Russian Union of rural youth (RSSM) Julia Ogloblina. In previous years we have purchased and are already working across the country, several hundred of mobile medical complexes and mobile multifunctional cultural centres. In 2019 it is planned to purchase more than 500 such mobile medcomplex and 100 clubs. However, full information about the demand for these services among rural residents, as there is no understanding of how effectively organized the activities of such complexes."

Citizens living in rural areas, will be able to tell how frequently the mobile medcomplex and clubs come to their towns, whether they use their services, whether they are satisfied with the work schedule and the quality of services. The villagers will be able to share their comments and suggestions concerning the work of mobile medical complexes and cultural centers.

According to the results of an online questionnaire, the experts of the popular front will assess how effectively the regions were well established previously purchased mobile medcomplex clubs, as well as identify problem areas that take on special control. The information will be reported to the relevant authorities.

We will remind, in the message to the Federal Assembly President of Russia, the leader of the popular front Vladimir Putin instructed to make Medicaid available in all settlements of Russia and for all citizens, and for the settlements, where at least 100 people, to organize mobile medical complexes: vehicles with high cross with all the necessary diagnostic equipment. In addition, the President proposed to allocate 17 billion rubles for the construction and reconstruction of rural clubs and houses of culture and more than 6 billion roubles – on support of cultural development centers in small Russian cities.
