Organization and holding of National prize in the field of leasing, initiated by the "Federation of leasing" in the spring of 2019. The composition of the Expert Council and the Jury, comprised of key industry representatives and relevant authorities, in particular, the Central Bank of Russia, RF Finance Ministry, RF Ministry of economic development, Minpromtorg, the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation, the Moscow exchange, the independent consulting agencies, professional business associations and sectoral associations.

The development of quantitative and qualitative criteria for assessment of leasing projects as part of the Award deals with a special group of more than a dozen qualified experts, working in Federal and regional leasing companies, analytical agencies and public organizations with high competence in the various segments of the leasing activity.
