"At the EEF, the region has planned a number of negotiations with foreign delegations, which may result in the ability of the region to realize their investment potential in the mining, timber and agriculture. The region has about 1 million of productive land, the ability to work together to grow produce and supply to Asia-Pacific markets, primarily to China", - said Osipov in an interview with RIA Novosti in the framework of the Eastern economic forum.
He said that interest in the region are showing Indian and Japanese companies.
"The forum want to show the region, its investment opportunities and potential. It is geographically close to major economies with large volumes of export–import, but for its technology, economic indicators, international trade, looks like he deleted.
