Putin noted the successful development of Russian agriculture
The Russian agro-industrial complex is successfully developing, the domestic enterprises to provide national food security and seriously strengthen its position in global markets, said the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

"I am pleased to note that in recent time, Russian agriculture is steadily growing. Our businesses provide national food safety seriously strengthen its position in global markets. We entered the group of world leaders in the supply of grain rank first in the export of wheat. Positive dynamics is shown also by other sectors of the agricultural complex", - said in the greeting to participants and guests of the Week of agriculture, the greeting text published on the Kremlin website.
Putin also noted that such achievements became possible thanks to the workers of the industry, and their stewardship and love for his work, the use of advanced technologies.
"I am sure the Week will pass at high organizational level, will provide participants with an excellent opportunity to discuss current professional issues, will launch new, popular initiatives, including in cooperation with foreign partners. And, of course, will promote increase of investment attractiveness of domestic agriculture", - said the President.
