The order of the government of Russia about compulsory labelling of a number of light industry products, including cameras, perfume, clothing and car tyres came into force on 1 December 2019.
The new regulation defines the list of products recorded in the national monitoring system, as well as the rules of access to the system.
The participants of the information monitoring system can request information about the marked goods in writing or by means of electronic communication. It is noted that the information on the movement of goods cannot be used in the commercial interests of third parties.
As previously reported IA REGNUM, October 1, 2020 will come into force a complete ban on production and import of unmarked products.
