"Then in Russia there was no law about organics, and we took as the basis of European principles of organic production", - said Sergey Klyuchnikov, commercial Director of the company "the photo shooting took place", which works in holding since 2007. Milk processing plant was built in 2013. The company can process from 15 to 22 tons of milk per day, depending on the produced range.

"From the beginning we planned that the plant will produce organic products, but the realities of the market were such that we could not find a demand for all the organic products that could release. In the first stage the plant produces two lines of natural products under the brand name "From Uglich" and organic products, "Ugleche Pole", - said Sergey Klyuchnikov. But every year the demand for organics has increased."

"Our plant was originally designed to produce and process organic products. The fact that we did it and inorganic products, it was a temporary measure: some farms were in conversion period, and though their milk was actually organic, legally, it has not been confirmed," - said General Director of Agroholding "the photo shooting took place," Elena Aseeva.

Now, when the Uglich cheese-dairy plant, which is part of the Agroholding "the photo shooting took place", after the upgrade launched an upgraded milk line, it was decided to postpone the production of natural products "From Uglich" on USMS, and Golovinsky plant to leave only the organic production.

From a line of traditional dairy products, we have gone in connection with a serious growing demand for organics. Our brand "Ugleche Pole" has become more recognizable, trust him. In the end, we felt the lack of time and capacities at the plant to produce our organic matter in the right amounts. After all, to produce inorganic milk products and organic matter in one proceeding, it is necessary to divide these cycles in time, these processes do not intersect, as required by the strict rules of organic production. Because of this reduced production volume of organic matter: we did not have time. Now when we leave the factory only producing organic matter, increased power, and increased the quality of the product itself, because there is time for revision and optimization of production of organic matter".

Dmitry lositsky. highlights another aspect of why it was necessary to withdraw from the production of traditional product lines. It was important to support the philosophy of organic production: "People who came to work for us, did not understand what is organic. To grow shots that would deliberately released organic, which was close to the idea and mission of organic matter, need not be fragmented and to completely immerse them in organic production. It is important for us to have a new generation of professionals, young employees, consciously going to work in organic production".

"We are pleased that in Russia, after adoption of law about organics was the first major company that recycles large quantities of organic milk – up to 22 tons per day, - said Oleg Mironenko, Executive Director of the National organic Union. - We used to have little organic production. But this is the first time that a major player in the organics market, capable of delivering such a volume of organic products, which can leave many large retailers. Now we can look with optimism into the future."

As emphasized by Elena Aseeva, the factory hatching plans to increase capacity and line of organic products: "We want to try to make cottage cheese and yoghurt. The volume of production at the plant will grow due to the fact that the retail comes out with proposals to make the plant organic products their STM. The plant already produces organic products private labels for major retail chains, and plans to start production of organic matter for the major manufacturers.
