The event was held under the leadership of Deputy head of Federal air transport Agency, Oleg Storchevoy. The meeting was attended by heads of structural divisions of the Agency, the President of Fund of assistance to development of agriculture, the head of the Alliance "Aeroheat" Klim Galiullin and other members of the aviation community.

During the meeting the following issues were discussed:

- statistical reports of volumes of aviation works in agriculture;

- a draft model contract for aerial chemical operations, protecting the interests of agricultural producers from unfair executors;

- development of measures that do not allow the conduct of air traffic of aircraft not having a certificate of airworthiness;

- simplification of the certification procedures for aircraft restricted;

and coordination of aviation-chemical works in General.

Particular attention was paid to steps aimed at curbing the activities of organizations for maintenance, carrying out Maintenance and repair of aircraft and helicopters formally.

Sony has supported the initiative of the Fund for the promotion of agriculture to create an optional course in basics of agronomy for pilots performing chemical works.

The President of Fund of assistance to development of agriculture, the head of the Alliance "Aeroheat" Klim Galiullin has informed that to facilitate the development of professional skills of pilots to the aviation-chemical works, on 12 September in the Krasnodar region is scheduled the 2nd all-Russian contest "Golden wings-2020".

At the end of the meeting Oleg Storchevoy said the intention of management of Federal Agency of air transport to promote development of the efficient and professional aviation-chemical works.
