Spain rose sharply for corn
According to the agriculture Ministry of Spain, in the country the price of corn rose to its highest level in two months
The average purchase price of corn for the week from 22nd to 28th of August reached EUR 176/tonne, 1.56 euros more than the previous week. Compared to last year's level, the price of maize declined by 10.45 Euro/ton.
The price of wheat remains a tendency to decrease. During the period under review the average purchase price of wheat was 157.7 EUR/ton, which is 0.17 euros/tonne lower than a week earlier, and by 25.27 EUR/tonne lower than a year ago.
