In Primorsky Krai increased soybean yields

According to the Department of agriculture and food Primorye, already harvested more than 5.5 thousand hectares of soy.

"Harvested almost 11.5 thousand tons of grain. The yields are above last year's level for four centners from hectare", — said the Agency.

Most of the soybeans harvested in Spassky area of 3.6 thousand hectares, Michael - 530 acres and Khanka - 500 hectares.

Note, due to continuous rains in the region were flooded more than 28.5 thousand hectares of crops. Most of them suffered soya - 18 thousand hectares. It is planned to remove 220 thousand hectares of this crop. Seaside farmers promised support from the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation in the form of damages.

We will remind, earlier Vice-the Governor of Primorye Sergey Sidorenko said that despite the Typhoon, this year's good harvest is expected. According to preliminary estimates from the elements in the region affected more than 10% of the acreage.
