As stated in the last few weeks, sowing of oilseeds in the country practically was not conducted, because many farmers are waiting for better weather conditions, namely, completion of the drought observed on bolshej parts of territory of Brazil.

The most actively sowing of soybeans is currently underway in the state of paraná, where planted 1.7% of the planned areas.

As for the forecast of production of oilseeds in Brazilian 2017/18 MG, at this stage, the analysts estimate it to 109.7 million tons.
