Thus, the production of soybean oil in December 2017 rose 33.8% compared to the previous month and amounted to 83,9 thousand tons, increase compared to December of last year is 42.4% (in December 2016/17 season – 58,9 thousand tons), informs UkrAgroConsult.

For the first four months of the 2017/18 season (September-December) the production of oil rose to a record 254,6 thousand tons, which is almost 9% more compared to the same period last season.

The share of soybean oil in the production structure of vegetable oils is about 12% compared to 11% a year earlier.
