Karachay-Cherkessia sowed more than 96 thousand hectares with summer crops

- As of May 27 farms of all categories had performed sowing works on the area of 96,1 thousand hectares (95,5%).
- Potatoes sowing on the area of 18,6 thousand hectares, sugar beet sowing on 6,9 thousand hectares had been accomplished.
- At the same time corn sowing on grain comes to an end: 31,3 thousand hectares that makes 100% from the forecast have been already sown.
- The total area under summer crops was increased by 2,5 thousand hectares in comparison with last year.
