Closed tenders:

-          The largest world wheat importer – Egypt – held the next tender on December 17. 120 thousand tons of wheat were bought:

-60 thousand tons, from Romania, Glencore, for $301,97 for a ton + freight 15,75$/t;

-60 thousand tons, from the Russian Federation, Cargill, for 302,70$/t + freight 16,25$/t.

-          Iran after lifting of sanctions continues active purchases of grain; 250 thousand tons of durum wheat from Mexico and 180 thousand tons of soft wheat from the Baltic region countries were bought.

- The USDA reports about sale of 278,384 thousand tons of corn from the USA to Japan with delivery in the next season.
