According to him, the venue of the festival was not accidentally chosen tashlinskogo district - it's the largest in the region dairy livestock - more than 18 thousand animals. There is one of the largest enterprises - "MPZ tashlinskiy, capable of processing up to two hundred tons of milk per day.

"The demand for products from local producers is very high, the Orenburg't forget about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and consumption of dairy products, it supports our dairy industry and allows you to enter new markets. One of the most recently completed priority area for investment projects was the launch in March of 2015 the production of the raw milk processing capacity of 40 tons per day on the basis of "Orenburg Khladokombinat", where among other things, launched production of cheese "mozzarella", — said the head of the region Yuri Berg, commenting on the festival.

The press service added that the Orenburg oblast ranks sixth in Russia for the production of milk and seventh in the number of livestock of dairy herds.

"As of 1 June this year for one dairy cow, milked on average 1439 kg of milk - by 1.4% more than the year before. Daily milk yield was 12.6 pounds of milk that exceeded the level of last year by 0.3 kg," — said the press service.
