"My office is 200 meters from the plant Franceschina, on the same street. When I looked through the archives in the city, I noticed that in the past this district was called the district of donkeys. Right here, in the 19th century was a dairy factory, which was processed donkey milk. We are located right here and would like to use this for our chocolate!", she said.

The new chocolate is completely exclusive, starting from the composition and to design.

"Due to the use of donkey milk, this chocolate is rare, but he still has good taste" — said Beatrice Fornerod from Confiserie Franceschina, a company that produces and sells a variety of chocolate products of black, milk and white chocolate with different ingredients, and now with the use of donkey milk.
