Most of the loans allocated to farmers, sending the borrowed funds on the current production tasks, including the implementation of the program of import substitution in the domestic market. In particular, 208 million rubles allocated farms dedicated to growing of vegetables and melons. The amount of credit support for small enterprises, specialized in the breeding of dairy cattle and milk production amounted to 398,5 million.
