In may 2018 AGRINDEX food set minimum retail prices was 3 345,60 (31,54% cheaper than the cost of Rosstat), in April it was equal to 2 904,35 (below Rosstat data by 40.2%). In the report of Rosstat, the cost of a conventional set of foodstuff in Moscow in may amounted to 4 887,04 in April – 4 853,42.

On the basis of the output information and analytical system of monitoring retail and wholesale prices of the trading platform АГРО24, compared to the previous month significantly increased the minimum price for beef and cheese in supermarkets and bread markets. It is these positions increased AGRINDEX against the indicator of April.

AGRINDEX food set at wholesale prices amounted to 1 752,09; the prices of public procurement – 3 028,55.

Supermarkets and markets

Among the supermarkets cheaper food basket of monthly consumption minimum prices can be purchased in Auchan – 2 742,63 (cheaper set of Rosstat by 43.88%), the most expensive in the feed – 4 528,99 (cheaper by 7.33%). The cost in other supermarkets (indicates the difference relative to the reference set Rosstat):

· Roundabout – 2 859,32 (41,5%);

· Magnet – 3 156,75 (35,4%);

· Dixie – 3 332,18 (31,8%);

· Faithful – 3 356,25 (31,3%);

· Crossroads (online store) – 4 393,44 (10.1 percent).

The cost of a set minimum prices in markets:

· North market – 3 189,93 (34,7%);

· Kashirskaya market – 3 982,34 (18,5%);

· Koptevskaya market – 4 218,79 (13.7 per cent).

The total minimum index for these items was 1 929,98.
