Razin: about 30 cheesemakers of the Moscow region will present their products at the gastronomic festival "Golden autumn-2018"
Gastronomic festival "Golden autumn-2018" starts in Moscow tomorrow, September 28. And the fair will last until October 7. "Tomorrow 28 cheese-makers of the Moscow region will present their products on all the autumn fairs gastronomic festival "Golden autumn-2018", - said the Minister of agriculture and food of the Moscow region Andrey Razin.

According to the Minister, guests cheese days will be able to try the suburban solid, semi-solid and soft cheeses, fresh and matured, with blue and white mold, brine, in a word, all sorts of Buratti and Camembert and Gorgonzola to the solid Russian.

"About 50 tons of cheese the suburban will be able to evaluate guests of the festival. Only, for example, the farm "Rogas" present 1.5 tons of cheese, 1.5 tons of other milk products", - said Andrey Razin.

In addition to the suburban cheese makers fair will bring together producers of cheese from the farms and dairies from across the country – from Lipetsk, Yaroslavl, Tver and Smolensk, Nizhny Novgorod, Chelyabinsk and Ulyanovsk areas, St.-Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Altai Krai, Saratov, Karelia Republic, Adygea and Tatarstan.

"Cheese markets from suburban and other producers will unfold at the Kuznetsk bridge and in front of the Gum at the Revolution square and on Tverskaya, near the monument to Yuri Dolgoruky and the trade Union, Walnut street and the Boulevard of Dmitry Donskoy" - said Andrey Razin.

According to the Minister, their products will also provide the best suburban fruit and vegetable producers, meat and dairy products.

On the shelves you will also find dried mushrooms, pickles, jams, herbs, honey and bee products.

At each site unfold food courts where you can try dishes from the capital's restaurateurs for a special festival menu. Every day there will be street shows and concerts, tastings, workshops and various competitions.
