Heads of regions SFO had requested for the extension of subsidizing of railway transportation of export of agricultural products for a number of regions since the beginning of 2019 to the Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev, noting that the lack of conditions for increase of export of finished goods and agricultural raw materials could adversely affect the financial condition of farmers in remote ports of the actors. In their view, preferential tariffs for grain transportation ground transportation is especially important for Siberia. The Novosibirsk region has collected 2 thousand 505 tons of grain. Thus, the subsidization of transportation to help agricultural producers implement it at the best price.

 

The Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation decided in 2019 to prolong this measure of state support and set a deadline of preferential tariffs, for transportation from February 1 to September 1.

 

The list of regions, the Agency has determined based on the criteria of maximum distance from the main consumers of grain, availability of surplus and lowest prices for the goods. In this case, the ultimate volume of exported goods will be set by order of the Ministry of agriculture and the possibility of adjustment during the current financial year in case of change of the limits of the grant, needs of prices of culture and excess.

 

Reduction of costs of transportation of products through the mechanism of feed-in tariffs for grain transportation by railway transport contributes to the increase of volumes of export, including for export. Novosibirsk manufacturers in 2017-2018, this way shipped about 200 thousand tons of goods.
