For third countries, including Russia, this is a chance for the development of the economy.

"The Far East Russia has the geographical advantage, nearby – China, 1.4 billion people is a huge market, says he Janiva. – Due to fee increases we can no longer import soy from the United States. Before we brought out 32 million tons per year, now from Russia – only 8. The Russian soy has the advantage that it is not genetically modified, it increases its popularity in China.

Soy can be processed into protein, in China a huge demand, we have one of the components in the production of sausage. Now in Chinese market gap, which Russia can fill. But your government has to take care of the support measures for the production of soybean (for example, to a sufficient number of processors), the development of infrastructure and logistics."

Among other agricultural projects he Janeway calls the processing of corn. Since China has a quota on imports of pure product, corn can be processed and turned into silage. This measure, in his opinion, will be beneficial to both countries.

"Russia is a country rich in resources. But do I need to put in the basis only the exports of mineral resources? From Yakutia to China supplied natural gas and oil. We want to offer not only sales, but also processing to using pipelines to transport the primary raw materials in the Khabarovsk and there to methanol, says he Janiva. – This is a good opportunity to generate additional income. We have a cost of 20 billion rubles for raw materials. But if we participate in this value chain, the cost of all products will increase 20 times and will amount to 2 trillion rubles. We have many factories in China, which is just a great experience in obtaining methanol. They could participate in mutually beneficial projects in this area."
