Head of the Chelyabinsk Agency of transport service JSC "FGC" Larisa Chernova noted that the increase was primarily due to increase in loading of non-metallic building materials and concrete products.

"Due to the successful implementation of the project leveraging platforms for the transportation of construction materials, launched in 2017, JSC "FGC" was able to significantly increase the volume of loading on the South Urals railway. For example, our main client in this segment – JSC Bashkiravtodor – for 9 months of 2019 has increased the loading of its products by 63% compared to last year, to 276 thousand tons. Trade partner is growing steadily and we are completely satisfied his need for rolling stock. Gravel on the universal platforms of JSC "Federal freight" is transported to the construction of roads of Federal significance", – said Larisa Chernova.

In the reporting period at the site of the South Urals railway increased the volume of loading on a universal platform of JSC Federal freight: LCL – 2.5 times (up to 77 thousand tons), ferrous metals – by 2 times (up to 28 thousand tonnes), car – 43% (14 thousand tons), construction of cargo – 38% (up to 373 thousand tonnes), machinery and equipment – 25% (1.5 thousand tons) and others.
