The market of oilseeds and by-products in Russia

According to the Federal customs service of Russia (excluding data on trade with the republics of Belarus and Kazakhstan), the export of sunflower oil (HS codes: 1512119101; 1512119109) for the period from 1 September 2014 to 28 February 2015 amounted 917,6 thousand tonnes, which is of 10.58% less compared to the same period last season. Exports of sunflower oil for the period from 1 September to 28 February 2015 amounted 491,6 thousand tons, which is 32.6% lower exports for the same period in 2014

The decline of export of sunflower oil soybean oil exports is growing. Thus, during the period from September to February 28, soybean oil exports reached a level 218,7 thousand tons against 169,2 thousand tons in the last MG. Exports of rapeseed oil by 57.1 thousand tons higher than exports for the same period 2013/14 MG.
